Christina Tran is currently the GM of Business Development for TikTok Shop US Beauty and is responsible for bringing both new sellers and new businesses to the platform, along with spearheading beauty industry engagement. During her first two years at TikTok Shop, she was the GM of Cosmetics, which was the largest category at the time. Christina has also been an active CEW Board Member for the last 6 years, and was one of the youngest on the board when she joined back in 2020.
Prior to TikTok Shop, Christina was at Amazon for 8 years, where she helped grow the Premium Beauty business from 50 brands to over 500 brands. During her tenure at Amazon she launched brands like Lancome, Laneige, and La Roche Posay (and those were just the L's). Prior to her decade-long career in beauty, Christina was a co-founder of a toy start-up and worked at other Seattle-based companies, including Nordstrom and Boeing. Christina has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She lives in Seattle, although she travels frequently to LA and New York to visit all of the beauty brands and friends. In her free time, Christina is a Formula 1 fan and solidcore devotee.
