Jade is the co-founder of AWARE Hair, a professional scalp wellness brand she's building with her mother, Tina, a master stylist and certified trichologist with more than 40 years of experience. Together, they created AWARE to bridge the gap between scalp care and salon-quality performance through a more proactive, scalp-first approach. From early product development to market launch, Jade has helped steer the brand through the challenges of building an indie beauty brand, balancing manufacturing choices, working capital, quality standards, and product integrity along the way. She now leads operations, partnerships, and growth at AWARE, helping scale the brand with discipline and intention.
