Known for blending formulation science, consumer insight, and storytelling, he has helped shape some of the most influential launches in modern beauty.
His career spans advertising at Procter & Gamble, global marketing at L’Oréal, and R&D and product development at Estée Lauder and Unilever Prestige. At Luxury Brand Partners, he helped launch cult favorites R+Co, IGK, and ONE/SIZE by Patrick Starrr - where he concepted On ’Til Dawn Setting Spray, the #1 selling makeup product in the U.S. He later
served as Chief Innovation Officer at Voyant Beauty and as the first Innovation Strategic Advisor to Unilever Prestige.
Lorne is the founder of Quiet Coyote Consulting, where he partners with fast-growth prestige brands - including Sephora standouts YSE Beauty and ROZ Haircare - to translate deep science into emotionally compelling, commercially successful products.
In 2026, he launched Wizard Wellness, a microbiome-led allergy care brand reimagining relief through science, sensoriality, and everyday magic, available nationwide at Walmart and other leading retailers. Wizard is backed by leading investors across beauty, health, and wellness, including True Beauty Ventures, Able Partners, and G9 Ventures.
